Below is an outline of the main body measurement terms Kelly Lin use. All measurements are done in centimetres.

1. BUST – Around the fullest part of the bust (ensure the tape measure is level all the way around for the most accurate reading)
2. WAIST – Measure around the smallest part of your torso
3. HIP – Measure around the fullest part of your hip (this is often the bum/top of thigh area)
